Tie Down is a fitting used to secure cargo or equipment during transportation prevent it from falling off. Choosing a nice performance tie down will be your good helper.
The tie downs parts we manufacture are cam buckle and anchor point. With regards to cam buckle, the available sizes are for 19mm, 1", 35mm and 2" strap. The normal surface treatment is zinc plated and yellow zinc plated. However, if legal plated which conforms to RoHS standard is required, we are able to provide you with trivalent or hexavalent chromium product.
Beside the parts, we also provide the service of sewing buckle on strap. As for strap, please give us more information (material, color, width, thickness, and breaking strength) and then our cooperated sub-factory will make your product accordingly. If snap hook or flat hook is necessary for tie down strap, we are capable of handling it for you.
To assure our customers of the safety on cam buckle or strap, we always use our tensile machine to test the breaking strength before shipping out and offer the test report. Buyers will be peace in mind prior to receiving our products.
